Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdqk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bdqk website at https://bdqk.net, including all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, account services, customer support interactions, and any other service provided by or through bdqk.

By creating a bdqk account, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Acceptance is effective immediately upon the first action you take on the bdqk platform that goes beyond passive browsing. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. All communications between bdqk and players — including support correspondence, bonus notifications, account alerts, and legal notices — are conducted in English, though our support team is also able to assist players in Bengali.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on bdqk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bdqk operates strictly as an adult entertainment platform. Access by anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited for you as an individual. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bdqk is lawful in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering an account or placing wagers. All accounts must be registered and operated by the account holder personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, agent, or affiliate of bdqk, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicit written permission has been granted by bdqk management.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the bdqk platform or from any related platform operated by our technology partners.

Age Verification: bdqk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during an active account's lifetime. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe requested by bdqk will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Accounts confirmed to belong to players under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable policies.

Parental and Guardian Notice: If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your household has accessed bdqk, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We take all reports of underage access seriously and will act on them promptly. We also strongly encourage the use of parental control software on shared devices to prevent access to online gambling platforms by minors.

Account Registration and Verification

Each player may register exactly one account on the bdqk platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. bdqk employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonus balances forfeited.

Registration Requirements

When registering a bdqk account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including:

• Full legal name (matching your government-issued identity document)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address (used for account communications and recovery)
• Active mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card details)
• A strong, unique password of your choosing

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of closure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdqk applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all player accounts. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, before the processing of a first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold, or at any time bdqk deems it necessary to verify a player's identity. The KYC process may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months and showing your registered address
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits, confirming the account belongs to you

All documents submitted for KYC must be legible, unaltered, and in the name of the account holder. bdqk treats all submitted documents as confidential personal data and handles them in accordance with our Privacy Policy. KYC documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or fraud prevention obligations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdqk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bdqk will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdqk support immediately. bdqk will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on the bdqk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdqk supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — instant processing, no platform fee
• Nagad — instant processing, no platform fee
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — instant processing, no platform fee
• Upay — instant processing, no platform fee
• Visa and Mastercard — processing times subject to card issuer
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank direct transfer — standard bank transfer timelines apply

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the player's account tier and payment method limits
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits are credited to the player's gaming wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bdqk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• bdqk reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is associated with suspected fraudulent activity, a chargeback history, or a payment method not registered in the account holder's name.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be queued pending document approval.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay is under two minutes from approval. Card and bank transfer withdrawals are subject to additional processing time by the respective institution.
• bdqk reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with a player's normal betting pattern, or associated with a recently updated payment method.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unmet will result in the forfeit of the bonus balance.

Currency and Fees

All gaming balances, bonuses, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdqk does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your payment provider may independently apply transaction fees; bdqk has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such charges.

Bonuses and Promotions

bdqk offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 35x) is stated in the individual promotion's terms and must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Wagering Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The exact contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Activating a new bonus before completing wagering requirements on a current bonus may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active: Players with an active bonus must not place individual single wagers exceeding ৳500 (or the equivalent for sports bets) until wagering requirements are fully cleared. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at bdqk's discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: bdqk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of systematic low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements (e.g., arbitrage across markets, alternating high/low bets to exploit bonus terms). Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be suspended.
• Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only and are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment account. Returning player promotions are subject to bdqk's determination of eligibility at the time of the offer.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bdqk platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate under rules published either within the game interface itself or in supplementary documentation available on the bdqk website. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of any game before placing a wager.

Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games on bdqk use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the game's originating studio — including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. RNG certification means that each game outcome is independently generated and statistically unpredictable. bdqk does not have the ability to influence individual game outcomes. Live dealer games operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by the fairness standards and operational procedures of those providers.

Cancelled and Void Bets

bdqk reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, or software malfunction has demonstrably affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the original wager amount will be returned to the player's account. No additional compensation will be provided. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error will be settled at the corrected odds or voided at bdqk's discretion.

Sports Betting and In-Play Markets

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to market-specific rules published in the sportsbook section. In-play bets accepted after the conclusion of the relevant event or market will be voided. Bets on postponed or abandoned matches are settled according to the rules stated for that sport and market type at the time of bet placement.

Maximum Winnings

bdqk applies a maximum single-transaction winnings cap across all game types. Specific caps vary by game and are displayed within each game's information screen. Where a calculated payout exceeds the applicable cap, only the capped amount will be paid. This provision applies to jackpot wins, accumulator bets, and any other wager format where a single event could generate a disproportionately large return.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a player on the bdqk platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false personal information at registration or during any KYC or verification process
• Opening multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the platform — including placing bets, navigating the game lobby, or communicating with support
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify a bug must report it to support and must not exploit it. Exploiting known bugs will result in permanent account closure.
• Collusion with other players in live casino games, poker formats, or any multiplayer game environment to gain a coordinated advantage over other participants
• Money laundering or using the bdqk platform for any financial crime, including but not limited to depositing funds derived from illegal activity and withdrawing them as legitimised winnings
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise any part of the bdqk platform infrastructure, security systems, or game software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdqk support staff or other players through any communication channel
• Using the platform while self-excluded, or assisting another self-excluded player in circumventing their exclusion

bdqk reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take any proportionate action it deems appropriate, including account suspension pending investigation, permanent closure, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bdqk account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and the remaining real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including where gambling has become a concern — are encouraged to activate self-exclusion rather than simply closing the account, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards against re-registration. Suspension or Closure by bdqk

bdqk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment fraud
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of game errors
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero real-money balance
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a legal representative

Where an account is closed by bdqk due to a confirmed breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited by the player (net of any losses incurred during gameplay) will be returned at bdqk's discretion, subject to the resolution of any outstanding investigation.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. bdqk will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances will be retained for a period of 36 months from the date of last activity, after which they may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdqk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, technology partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the bdqk platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of winnings or gambling losses of any kind
• Loss arising from reliance on incorrect odds, game data, or sports statistics displayed on the platform
• Damages resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service outside bdqk's reasonable control
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security
• Any loss or damage resulting from your access to or use of third-party websites linked to or referenced by bdqk

bdqk's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the bdqk platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bdqk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by bdqk's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

bdqk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, changes in platform functionality, new game or payment method integrations, or any other operational requirement. The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published.

Where a material change is made to these Terms — defined as a change that meaningfully alters a player's rights, obligations, or the conditions under which they may use the platform — bdqk will notify registered players by email to the address on file, and will display a notice on the platform for a minimum of seven calendar days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the bdqk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 above. bdqk will ensure that any real-money balance is returned to you upon closure in such circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions, together with bdqk's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdqk with respect to your use of the platform. No oral representations, previous agreements, or other understandings outside this document shall form part of the agreement between us.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. bdqk's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce that or any other provision on any future occasion.
